Instantaneul zilei vine din Italia, acolo unde un turist a surprins la apus, cel mai zâmbăreţ soare cu putinţă. Pentru că în faţa astrului se află nişte nori cu o formă ciudată, soarele pare că are ochi şi gură. O astfel de fotografie ne binedispune şi într-o zi ploioasă, ca aceasta.

INGHETATA DE LAMIIE
O reţetă pe zi - Îngheţată de lămâie

| Ingrediente: - o jumătate de litru de apă, - 300 g zahăr, - coaja rasă de la o lămâie, - trei lămâi mijlocii, - un pahar cu frişcă. |
Preparare:
1. Se face un sirop din zahăr şi apă şi se fierbe cinci minute.
2. Se adaugă coaja de lămâie.
3. Se acoperă, se dă la o parte şi se lasă să se răcească o jumătate de oră.
4. Se încorporează sucul de la trei lămâi şi se strecoară totul printr-un tifon.
5. Se pune într-un castron un pahar cu frişcă şi se adaugă siropul, amestecând continuu cu telul.
6. Se toarnă în pahare din plastic şi se ţin patru-cinci ore în congelator.
